Configuration active directory and OBIEE

Hello ,
I made the configuration of OBIEE and AD (active directory) to retrieve all users and groups
I have assigned all the necessary information the host and the password of the AD, the users and groups
are recovered but the connection to OBIEE does not work and it displays me on the OBIEE interface after having
use the account retrieved from AD.
Knowing that I have two VMs one for the test and the other for the production
the configuration of AD and OBIEE in the test VM worked very well and I recovered all the users
and can connect but in the production VM at
