RAC upgrade to 19c

Dear Experts,

2 node RAC.

1)We have performed GRID upgrade from 12.1.0.2 to 19c. Can we do database upgrade later after 2 weeks. Will this cause any issues?

2)After the GRID upgrade,/u01/UAT/db/GRIDHOME/bin/cluvfy stage -post crsinst -allnodes shows warning "OCR Integrity ...WARNING PRVG-6017 : OCR backup is located in the same disk group "+OCRVOTE1" as OCR." We dont have additional diskgroup currently. How can we handle this?
