Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. OEM 13.5 is sending email on the Critical Event with Message description:

"Metric evaluation error start - Compute dynamic property takes too long"

It's very unclear what is the technical problem here. What is going wrong ? What check failed ? What took "too long" ?
