Metric value action in Summary bar configuration throws an error for date condition

Currently using Version V7 for Oracle ECC

I am trying to add a metric value in the summary bar configuration.

I am trying to get the value for number of agreements that are going to be expired in next few months (condition on effective to)

Define Condition is working fine with conditions set to "Effective to"

I placed the same condition under action to filter out the results on click of it.

When I click on the link it throws the below error
