SQLT main html file unusable due to size of file caused by sqlt$a: *** d:ORA-44004: invalid errs

I presume this is the correct community to ask the question for SQLT issues. Has anyone else experienced an issue with SQLT where the main html report is unusable because of the size of the file due to extremely high number of ORA-44004 errors like the following:
