When importing an XER file, the Calendar exceptions are not importing

About: Primavera P6 Professional 21

Release: 21.12.4.43804

Problem: When I import an XER file, the calendar exceptions (non-work days) do not import.

This issue is documented in Oracle support Doc ID 2912074.1 dated 12/2/2022. The solution provided in this document does not work for me.

Is anyone else having this issue and if so, have you been able to resolve it?
