Pick Release based on average monthly stock

Hi

Just want to post a question as we have users who want to add condition upon released the pick release able to check on the average monthly stock 0.5 months stock available across inventory organization the order will released if not the order will not be released.

our product is EBS R12 release 12.2.6.
