Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. I have rac database 3 nodes every node have 64G but even though not using all the memory system usage swap.

total used free shared buff/cache available

Mem: 65328476 6733272 41289116 15749416 17306088 42119288

Swap: 83886076 4096 83881980

then database become slow and system hanging.
