v_$RMAN_BACKUP_DETAILS INPUT_TYPE

I have a 19C installation on an exadata, and I'm trying my best to generate backup reports.

The problem is that every single record in this view has input type of INCR or DB_INCR, nothing is listed as full although I know that several of them are in fact full level zero backups.

Can anyone help me understand why that is?
