Supplier Ordering Minimum

Is there any functionality in PeopleSoft for setting up Supplier order minimums? For example Supplier 123 has an ordering minimum of $200. When a purchase order is generated for less than that amount you will not be able to dispatch or receive some type of warning letting you know the vendor minimum has not been reached?
