Non-Federal Hours per Period Leave Accrual - Customization?

in Advanced Benefits - PSFT (MOSC)

Has anyone created a customization to grant leave accrual on a per pay period (biweekly) basis for Non-Federal customers? And further, if you have a customization, are you also using the Final Check functionality to automatically calculate a pro-rated accrual?

I have a requirement to do both so looking to discuss how you accomplished the customization.
