New parameter added in standard program Import Standard Purchase Orders

Hi All,

While upgrading from 12.1.3 to 12.2.10 we noticed that there has been a new parameter "clm_flag" introduced in the updated package version for standard program Import Standard Purchase Orders. Package PO_PDOI_GRP.

Can you please confirm that its not a bug.
