Can I copy/paste or import to a direct entry column is cost sheet?

Cost Sheet - I am looking to copy Current Forecast (formula) to Last Forecast (direct entry) at the end of each month. Is there a way copy the entire Current Forecast column to the Last Forecast column? If not, is there a way to import data to the entire Last Forecast column? Is there another method I should consider?
