Integration of backups from primary and standby

I have a 19c database with active data guard. The primary and standby are in two different datacenters. I want to offload the backups to the standby database because of performance problems on the primary db server. However, I don't have the space in the recovery area on the standby cluster for local backups.

Backups to the cloud are ok on the standby, but I don't want to run the risk of not having local backups. The primary database is in a cluster with enough space in the recovery area. The standby database recovery area does not adequate storage to handle all the backup being off-loaded.
