'Service Contracts Subscription Fulfilment Program' not creating orders in Shipment Schedule.

We have created a sales order with a shippable subscription.

After closing the order and running the 'Service contracts order processing program' a Subscription contracts got created.

But after running the 'Service Contracts Subscription Fulfilment Program', no orders are generated in the shipping schedule of the contracts . Giving Below Errors--

Message :This Customer's PO Number is referenced by another order

Message :Contracts will not get called as contract template id and source document type id are not provided.

 Order Number : Line Number :

Message :Order-level sales credit total () must equal 100%.

 Order Number : Line Number :
