Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. How to achieve the following scenario for the document of records approval?

if the user raises the document of record then it goes for Line Manager approval.
if Line Manager raises the document of record then it goes for HR approval.
if HR sets the document of record then users get FYI information for the approval
