State Periodic Wage Listing (Enhanced) Oregon Q4 2022 no longer shows any SIT Withheld?

We have noticed the quarterly report for Oregon no longer includes the state income tax SIT withheld in the .mf file or .A03 file after Year End 2022 Phase 2, and Year Begin 2023 patch.

The A01 Report does show SIT totals. Is this a bug? If I compare to the prior quarter for Sept 2022, SIT QUARTERLY WITHHELD column exists in the .A03 file, but is missing from Dec 2022.

Has anyone else in Oregon noticed this?
