Tax rate area based on items

Hi All

I am using JDE 9.2 There is a business requirement to apply tax rate area based on item code in non stock PO i.e. we have non-stock item codes and tax rate area needs to be different based on the item code used. Each item code corresponds to a type of service for which PO is being applied

Is there a way to set this up in standard JDE ? Please share suggestions
