SDP Offer has both a=sendonly and a=sendrecv. Which of these will take priority ?

Referring to the below offer , which will take precedence . The Answer has only a=sendrecv. I tried looking up 3264 and examples in 4317 but could not find any that gives a clue. Can some point me in the right direction?
