How to Stop Item Location Creation at the time of Inventory Transfer.

Hi Team,

We have Business requirement.

One of our Branch Plant is marked as Location Control at BP Constant- P41001

When we are trying to create an inventory transfer within the same BP system is not allowing to create new location on fly and throwing error message which is good as expected but suppose there is a location which is defined in location master F4100 and we try to enter that location during inventory transfer system is allowing to create F41021 record on the fly and creating inventory transfer.

Our requirement is that system should not allow location creation at the time of IT-Inventory Transfer even though same location is defined in F4100
