To take interface with FIAS protocol.

in Using the My Oracle Support Portal (MOSC) Question

This is lock manufacturer for Hotel.

Our company has had registration code for Key service function with Opera system.


Recently, our system has been added about new function, and we want to use its additional functions via Opera system.


We are designing about interface program to match FIAS protocol, but we have some questions about FIAS protocol.

Actually, we are unable to understand about Connection Authentication. When we check the IFC8 FIAS Specification 2.20.25, it is mentioned that see additional FIAS Encryption specification, but we are unable to find out its document from OPN “My Oracle Support” unfortunately.


Before joined to OPN, we were in touch with Oracle Hospitality Partner Program Manager, and he said that "We needs to develop against our APIs".
