UK Payroll migration

Hi,

I am working on setting up payroll starting on the 6th April 2023 migrating from a 3rd party system.

The employees in the old system were paid on the 7th of the month (for the previous month) and they want to change this on Oracle to start paying on the 25th of the month.

My challenge is that once the new tax year starts, they will be on Oracle but will have 1 outstanding payment for March. They do not want to run this on the old system as it would constitute a 13th payment for the previous tax year. (and the old system is not very accommodating when it comes to flexibility).
