Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. CANNOT CREATE RULES FILE WHEN USING GUIDE OF ORACLE

Hi every one,

I have 11.1.2 essbase version.

And I do step by step the same as the oracle guide to create a rules file :

Unfornately, it warn me an error :

I dont know why i do step by step like the guide but it still being error????
