Need to analyze performance issue in Past

Experts,

Is it possible to find the performance issue which was occurred in past ?

For example AWR Retention is 7 days.

If i want to check/analyze the performance issue older than 10 to 20 days older

Is it possible to check ? I presume that old stats will be deleted which are older than 7 days.
