2023 W4 changes

Hello,

We are noticing some differences between the W-4 classic page and the official IRS Form W-4 for 2023.

Some of them could be considered immaterial, such as the IRS form presenting the text in the form instructions and Oracle presenting the same info on the form itself.

However, other differences may be deemed material (such as changes in Step 2 a,b,c, and TIP).

 Will there be an update for the W-4 page in HCM that will be released soon?
