Steps to federate Object Storage Bucket access with Google Identity

in EBS on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (MOSC) Question

We require the corporate user community to download/upload files into the OCI Object Storage bucket for processing. Is there any documentation that would help us control the bucket access via Google Identity via SSO/Federation?
