Print immediate use tray 1

in Design Tools & Output Technologies - JDE1 (MOSC) 1 commentAnswered ✓

Hello,


We have new HP printer HPLaser Jet M608 and we try to print report immediately which has custom size. The printer gives message load tray 1 with paper although all the setup gives the priority to Tray 2. I followed instructions in document ((Doc ID 1333791.1)) but how to verify that the print command sent by JD Edwards use Tray 2 to check that the setup is correct.
