Updating ODI flex fields for all load plans from table

Hi Folks,

We have a requirement to do one time dump from custom table which stores value based on each load plans in ODI. What we want to do is load this data for each of load plans in their flex fields.

I feel this is more on the Jython coding but there is no proper article present for this. Please suggest a better way to do this. Manually updating each load plan is cumbersome.
