RTF Template Issue in ‘PO Output for Communication’ report

Hi All,

User already has custom layout (RTF) behind the standard ‘PO Output for Communication’ report and is working fine. But there is need to make certain change as per business need. The change is also done successfully, and the user is following below steps to bring the effect of change in the report output.

 

1.      User downloaded already attached/associated RTF file in the respective template and edited the file as per need.

2.      Saved the edited file with same name and Uploaded it back on the same/respective template.

3.      User runs the ‘PO Output for Communication’ report by entering the PO# (for which s/he is interested to see the change). And enters DEBUG against TEST parameter and YES against REGENERATE DOCUMENT parameter.
