Limit on number of fields in Page and Field Configurator

We currently are on People Tools 8.58.14 and PUM 41 for HCM Payroll for NA and have started to use the Page and Field Configurator for our Job Data when we upgraded to 9.2 back in March of 2021. All pages are currently in Classic Plus, no Fluid turned on at this time. We have a lot of Job data history on some of our employees and what we have noticed is an incredibly slow processing of Job Data pages since we enabled this feature. We specifically see a slowdown of 20 minutes up to over an hour when opening
