JDE 9.2 Base and update language installation

Hello,

One of our clients is using JDE 9.2 UN5 and asked to add French Language to their current installation. They are only using English as their base language.

I know that I need to build a full package to apply either base and update language, but my question is: Do I need to install base and build a full package and deploy, and then apply UN5/6 language and build another full package, or, can I install base and UN5/6 and build and deploy a full package after both installations?

Another question is, should I request UN5 language update or can I use the latest language update available?
