no backup or copy of datafile 1 found to restore

I have performed the following operations：

1.Set the same DBID ,SID and path as host A on host B;

2. Copy the controlfile and full backup to host B;

3. Restore the controlfile on host B;

4. Restore the database on host B,failed for 'no backup or copy of datafile 1 found to restore';

5.Do the restore on host A is Ok;

PS:host B has the same SID and path as host A before I do the restore,I just set same DBID as host A on host B;
