How to generate revenue in non-project functional currency in Oracle Projects?

Hi Experts,

Can you please help me with providing the detailed steps on how to generate revenue in a foreign currency other than the project functional currency in Oracle Projects?

I have already gone through this, but couldn't understand what the invoice transaction currency is?

Kindly don't give me such links from Project Billing User Guide.

If anybody have implemented it, kindly provide me with the detailed steps.
