We have a requirement to hide / disable the Action Options in BI Publisher Report. (Opening the report -> Actions-> Edit Layout, Edit Report, etc.,) we would need to completely remove the Actions menu from Report when user running the report.

I have attached the screenshot and highlighted. Please provide me if you have any inputs.

We have tried with Permissions Setup but its not completely hiding the settings / actions option.
