Is there any impact to production if I clear OS Buffer/Cache? RHEL 8.5 on Oracle19c

So I have PGA limit issue where is terminates application session. For the next scheduled downtime, i'm planning to set the parameter below based on the advisor recommendation. Then i will enable AMM on top of already enabled ASMM with max memory target to 102gb. But i need to clear some cache in order to allocate these memory. Is this the best way to fix this and will clearing OS cache cause impact on the server?

PGA target = 21gb ==> 26gb

PGA limit = 43gb ==> 0

SGA Max = 63gb ==> 80gb

        total    used    free   shared buff/cache  available

Mem:     251Gi    56Gi    48Gi    131Gi    146Gi    60Gi
