Oracle 11.2.0.4 database contract renewal CSI issue

I've been using a certain CSI number for our 11.2.0.4 database environment. The contract with Oracle has been renewed and I've been told that the CSI # should still be the same. When I login to support.oracle.com I am getting a notice that my CSI # has expired on Dec 31 2022. Quarterly patches are due to come out in just a few days and I need to make sure this CSI # is still going to work.
