Dependent/Beneficiary Designation for Overage/non-Disabled Children

Hello,

We are utilizing Depn Document Upload and employees are being prompted to upload documentation for an overage Child that is only being added with the intention of being used as a Beneficiary. This record then remains on the Dependents Not Qualified Worklist in the Benefits WorkCenter.

Our Health and Life & AD/D Plans only allow Dependents up to 26 or Disabled to be enrolled and the plan level criteria is functioning well.

In terms of Dependent/Beneficiary they are both being set to Yes based on Relationship. I would like to make them a Beneficiary Only by default. I did open a Service Request and this feature is working as designed. I am seeking a way to make this determination upon creation of the Depn Record. Of course they will remain not qualified as they should but are no longer a Dependent they should drop off the Worklist and not be prompted for document upload.
