California Sick Leave Regular Rate of Pay for Look Back

Has anyone been able to calculate the CA regular rate of pay for sick leave when a bonus is paid in a current period effective for a previous period? A work solution provided by Oracle in Tax Update 21-D calculates the regular rate of pay for sick leave for the current period. When our associates receive a bonus effective the prior month (paid today but effective 12/1/2022 - 12/31/2022) we need to be able to 're-calculate' sick leave pay like what FLSA processing does. PSHR Payroll for NA, PUM 32, Tax Update 22E.
