Where are the Jan 2023 Java security patches?

I see from the release notes that JDK and JRE 8 Update 361 is out:

When I do a search, just like I have for the past few years, I go to the latest JDK in the drop-down list but there is there is nothing under 1.8.0_361:

I searched for 1.8.0_371 but no patches found:

Normally the patches are available by now. Are you seeing the same thing?
