Can two mileage rates be set up in OIE?

We are using Oracle E-Business Suite and we are on version 12.2.4.

The IRS has updated the mileage rate, effective Jan 1, 2023. We have employees who are still entering mileage expense for 2022 whereas some who are entering mileage expense for 2023. The old rate is applicable for 2022 and new rate for 2023. Is it possible to set up two mileage rates in OIE so that depending on the date of the expense, the correct rate is applicable? If so, how is this done?
