Life Events - Start My Enrollment

Hello,

EDITED: I found my issue and it was indeed configuration. I have it working.

We are on 9.2 configuring a new Life Event to allow HSA contribution changes. These do not require documentation or approvals. When the user clicks Start My Enrollment an event is written to BAS Activity. Presumably the user has to wait until BenAdmin runs before they can actually change their enrollment.

Is it possible for the event to prepare in real time? I'm wondering of my configuration is at fault. Thanks in advance!
