Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. January 19.18 patch for my windows x64 system not found

when I look for the patch that was released a few days ago I see a "Details for Patch 34750795 not found." instead of download instructions.

I am starting at the url: https://support.oracle.com/epmos/faces/DocumentDisplay?_afrLoop=311141238719463&id=2118136.2&_afrWindowMode=0&_adf.ctrl-state=jcqs3eabg_4

I am selecting Latest Available Microsoft Windows Patches and 19.0.0.0 version.

for the 34786990 ojvm patch it shows non windows downloads.

Is this expected?
