Additional patches on top of Oct2022 - and are they included in JAN2023

Oct2022 patch instructions were updated to suggest 2 additional patches need to be applied on top of Oct2022 CPU, as below:

After applying WebLogic Server patches, apply all patches listed below:

Patch 34542329 FMW Control 12.2.1.4 SPU/Merge for Consolidated Updates October 2022 This replaces Patch 30613424 from April 2021 to include consolidated fixes. This includes a required update after the WebLogic Server PSU upgrades Log4J from v1 to v2. See the Readme Bugs Fixed for details.
