Bill_t Partition is not getting dropped !!

We have Bill_t partition starting from 10012018, 11012018, 12012018 ...

When we tried to drop the starting partition upon referring to Documents - 1079011.1, 1579417.1

we used the below command:

"partition_utils -o remove -s 01011970 -e 11012018 -c /bill -t realtime"

But we are getting below error:

"ERROR(10022) The start date provided is greater than the end date provided."

Kindly suggest how can we resolve this error and drop these partitions.
