Strange characters show on all menus

in Cloud Installation and Provisioning - JDE1 (MOSC) 7 commentsAnswered

When user logs in to JDE they get menu with Strange characters. User has to reboot and it corrects. Have cleared browser Cache in MS Edge still no luck.
