Box 12 has more than 4 entries - how to report

We are using JDE Enterprise 1, version 9.2 I have created a sr on this qustion SR3-31903023161. Regarding producing the w2 we have many employees who have more than 4 entries in box 12 under special handing. ROTH, EXCESS LIFE, HEALTH 401k RELOCATION AND HEALTH SAFETY ACCOUNTS.

How do we report on on the w2 and the electronic file these amounts that do not make it on the w2? Does anyone have a solution for this I'm sure it's happening to others.
