When does the SSDL limit get updated in E1?

Hi Community,

Doc ID 2869433.1 says that the SSDL limits for year-end processing are usually delivered with the year-end ESU through the Special Instructions (for FICA and Medicare limits). For 2022, the limit was 147,000. For 2023, the limit is 160,200. It's January 19, 2023, and we've taken the 2nd Year-End Deliverable, but our SSDL limit amount in the Data Dictionary P92001 still says 147,000.

When is this value supposed to be changed? Was this limit change not part of the year-end ESUs for this year (JN20154)?
