2023 Actuals not reflecting - Year End Task?

I am using NetSuite Planning and Budgeting Cloud services. This is my first time having the year change. When I refreshed smartview today 2023 actuals are not showing. I believe there are some year end tasks to make it recognize the new year but I can't find the information in the how to/knowledge sections. I have checked rules, variables, etc.

Can someone direct me to a how to document or point me where I should look in NSPB to update year actuals.
