Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. What is the key difference between OTH_PAY vs OTH_EARNS?

We are seeing the amounts in OTH_Earns getting overridden on OTH_PAY when OTH_Pay>OTH_EARNS.
