Budget Carryforward Zero Dollar Amounts

Hi there -

Is there a way to configure budget carryforward to not bring forward zero dollar amounts? I have some chartfields that carried forward in 2022 as zero dollars. the deptid used has now been made inactive and is no longer used. When doing budget carryforward from 2022 into 2023, it's trying to bring the zero dollars forward again and the budget journal fails due to the inactive deptid. Was trying to see if there's a way to just remove this coding as activating the deptid to get the journal to post will just cause the say issue
